Industry

Reputation management for attorneys & law firms.

For attorneys, negative news coverage, professional referrals, firm and individual name searches, and AI-generated summaries can each move business — for or against you.

Context

Legal reputations are earned in public.

Prospective clients, opposing counsel, judicial clerks, journalists, and general counsel routinely research attorneys before making a call, sending a matter, or quoting a source. The record they encounter — in Google, Bing, and increasingly in AI answers — often determines whether that call is made.

Common engagements

What we most often help with.

  • Stale news coverage of a case that has since been dismissed, resolved, or overturned on appeal.
  • Aggressive competitor content built specifically to appear on searches for a firm name.
  • Partner-level bios that fail to reflect current practice or recognized work.
  • Bar-directory information that is outdated or inconsistent across jurisdictions.
  • AI answers describing an attorney’s practice inaccurately or selectively.

Method

How engagements are structured.

  1. 01

Coordination with counsel or firm leadership

We treat legal-industry engagements as attorney-adjacent from the outset and align scope, communications, and documentation accordingly.
  2. 02

    Search and AI baseline

We document what shows for the attorney or firm across the searches that matter, from name searches to practice-area queries.
  3. 03

    Owned-property and editorial reinforcement

A professionally built site, substantive practice content, and third-party editorial placements where warranted.
  4. 04

    Directory and bar-record hygiene

Consistent, correct data across Martindale, Justia, Avvo, state bar directories, and other properties AI systems draw on.
  5. 05

    Monitoring and privileged reporting

Structured quarterly reporting that fits the review cadence of a managing partner or general counsel.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do you work with law firms as well as individual attorneys?

Yes. Firm-level engagements typically address firm-brand search, partner-level bios, and coordinated response to news events; individual engagements focus on the practitioner’s own record.

Can this work be conducted under privilege?

We are not attorneys and do not extend privilege. Where matters require it, we work as vendors to your outside counsel and structure engagements accordingly.

Will you address bar-discipline records?

We do not attempt to conceal accurate discipline records. We do help ensure any related coverage is accurate, complete, and appropriately contextualized.
