Search Engine Solutions

Google reputation management, engineered for the highest stakes.

Google remains the most consequential search surface for professional reputation. Our work addresses page-one results, image and video results, Knowledge Panels, Autocomplete predictions where policy allows, Google AI Overviews, and outdated cached information — through methods that hold up over time and under scrutiny.

Why Google

What a Google search returns is, for most audiences, the first fact they learn about you.

Clients, patients, regulators, journalists, boards, opposing counsel, and potential partners begin nearly every diligence process with a name search on Google. What appears on page one — and increasingly, what an AI Overview summarizes above it — is treated as the ground truth. When those results are outdated, decontextualized, or unfavorable, the cost is measured in mandates lost, meetings that never happen, and settlements paid to end situations that should not have escalated at all.

Neumann Paige works exclusively with professionals, executives, and organizations whose Google footprint carries real financial, regulatory, or personal weight. The work is confidential, methodical, and honest — including about what cannot be moved.

Scope

Every Google surface that shapes what people believe about you.

Page-one results
The ten organic listings that receive the overwhelming majority of clicks — and the ones that anchor first impressions.
Image & video results
Google Images, Google Videos, and the image and video packs that appear inline on the main results page.
Knowledge Panels
The biographical card that appears to the right of results for recognizable individuals and organizations, drawn from Wikipedia, structured data, and authoritative sources.
Autocomplete
The suggested queries Google appends to your name in the search bar. Actionable where predictions violate Google's autocomplete policies.
Google AI Overviews
The generative summary Google now surfaces above traditional results for many queries — drawn from the same web sources that shape organic search.
Cached & outdated content
Legacy pages, deleted profiles, and superseded coverage that remain indexed after the underlying content has changed or been taken down.

How we work

A four-phase engagement, run by senior strategists — never templated.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic audit

A structured audit of every query that matters — variations of your name, role, firm, and category — across desktop and mobile, across geographies where you are visible, and across the Google surfaces above. We document what ranks, why it ranks, and what specifically must change.
  2. 02

    Strategy & disclosure

A written engagement plan that identifies which items are candidates for removal or deindexing, which require displacement, and which require monitoring only. We tell you where we expect meaningful movement and where we do not — before you commit.
  3. 03

    Execution

Coordinated work across owned properties, third-party publications, editorial outreach, legal channels where applicable, structured-data corrections, Knowledge Panel updates, image and video assets, and technical SEO. Every asset is developed to withstand scrutiny — nothing is fabricated, ghost-attributed, or artificially amplified.
  4. 04

    Ongoing monitoring

Reputation is not solved once. We monitor page-one composition, AI Overview language, Knowledge Panel edits, and inbound coverage on a defined cadence, and act when anything material changes.

Principles

What we will not do — because it does not last and it does not become you.

  • Purchased press or fabricated third-party endorsements.
  • Private Blog Networks, link farms, or any tactic that exists to deceive Google's ranking systems.
  • Impersonation, ghost-authored biographies presented as journalism, or fictional editorial affiliations.
  • Baseless legal threats against journalists, publishers, or members of the public.
  • Promises of specific rankings, panel outcomes, or removals we have not first confirmed are achievable.

Google's systems are designed to detect and penalize manipulation, and modern journalists and adversaries are equipped to notice it. Anything you would not want a reporter, regulator, or opposing counsel to discover about your reputation strategy is not a strategy we will run.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear before every engagement.

How long does it take to change what appears on page one of Google for my name?

Most engagements measurably shift page-one composition within three to six months, with continued displacement of unfavorable results and stronger owned-property positioning through months six to twelve. Timeline depends on query difficulty, the age and authority of the source we are addressing, and whether litigation, official records, or major news outlets are involved.

Can you remove a news article from Google search results?

Sometimes. Removal is only possible where the underlying content meets a publisher's editorial correction policy, a court order applies, or a Google policy exception is available. In most cases, the responsible strategy is displacement — building and elevating authoritative, accurate assets so the article no longer occupies a visible position for the queries that matter.

Do you work on Google Knowledge Panels?

Yes. Where a Knowledge Panel exists, we work through Google's verified suggested-edit process and the underlying authoritative sources Google draws from — Wikipedia, structured data, official biographies, and reputable coverage — to correct factual errors and align the panel with accurate information.

Do you address Google Autocomplete predictions?

Where predictions are defamatory, harassing, or violate Google's autocomplete policies, we pursue the appropriate reporting channels. Where predictions merely reflect underlying search patterns, the answer is longer-term work on the results those predictions surface.

Will Google AI Overviews change if my search results change?

Generally, yes. Google AI Overviews and Gemini rely heavily on the same crawlable web sources that shape traditional Search. Improving the authority, accuracy, and visibility of source content typically improves how Overviews and Gemini describe you over time.
